Dimensions: we remeasured...the left side without the arm is 106 long.. the right side is 78 long. When added together width is 103 (78+35) on the back wall.106 coming toward you on the left without the arm. Depth of both is 35 inches.
Condition: Expect some wear from use. Fading; especially to back sides. Some discoloration. Missing some plastic feet caps.
