Sefer Malei Ratzon. Resolution of seemingly contradictory texts in the Talmud by Rav Efraim Naftali Zvi Hirsch Spitz, av"d Worms.
Concludes with a few leaves from his
Yerushas Naftali.
With the approbation of Rav Naftali HaKohen Katz av"d Frankfurt, author of the
Semichas Chachamim.
Leaf 5 includes a large, impressive illustration of 400 seats that were added to the beis medrash after Rav Elazar ben Azaryah was appointed nasi.
- • Discovery! This copy includes two leaves that are not listed anywhere and are not included in any other copy that we've seen. The leaves are marked ז ח, and includes what was printed at the end of Malei Ratzon leaves 113, 114 and the start of leaf 7 from Yerushas Naftali . This is apparently why Yerushas Naftali ends on leaf 7 and the pagination then continues with leaf 9. These two leaves were originally placed there.

Condition: Aging stains, restored tears in the margins of the last leaves, without loss of text. Two small holes in the text of the last leaf. Fine condition.
