The Sulzbach Machzorim that reflected the western Ashkenaz nusach were reprinted many times in Sulzbach and other countries of Ashkenaz. The Shvus Yaakov wrote,
"The machzor of the Sulzbach print, all 'bnei Ashkenaz' follow it." (Shu"t Shvus Yaakov, section three, siman 43).
