Leaves that are missing: 1-8, 18-19, 139, 142-144, 150, 153, 158-159, 161-164. Leaf 20 is bound before the next-to-last leaf. Leaf 104 is bound between leaves 88-89. 28 cm. Most leaves have blemishes and loss to text, primarily in the margins, that have been professionally restored (filled in with paper.) Rubbed leather binding.
