Manuscript. Ta’amei Halachot, Morocco, 18th century.

Piskei Dinim and customs regarding Orach Chaim and Yoreh Deah.
Includes “te’amim” for hilchot Pesach, Purim, Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, laws of niddah and meat and milk.
Sefer Ta’amei Halachot includes summarized piskei dinim and halachot and was popular amongst the sages of the Maghreb. The author’s identity is unknown, but it was most probably written by a Sage from Marrakesh, with supplements added over the passage of time and when copies were made.
The handwriting seems to indicate that the Ta’amei Hilchot Orach Chaim were written by one scribe, and the Ta’amei Hilchot Niddah and Basar V’Chalav were written by two additional scribes.
Various owner signatures, including some curvy ones, are scattered amongst the pages of the manuscript.
