AMETHYST GLASS MINI HEN ON NEST - A two-piece covered pressed glass dish in the form of a nesting hen atop a basketweave base. The amethyst-colored glass features a textured finish on the hen's body and a scalloped rim on the base. A single mold line is visible running through the center of the interior base (photo 5), and no maker marks or labels are present.
