The jacket features a wide collar, adjustable buttoned wrist straps, and a rear game pocket lined with tan canvas. A black woven label on the wool body reads GUARANTEED American Field TRADE MARK SPORTWEAR PRODUCT OF THE HETTRICK MFG. CO. TOLEDO, OHIO in gold text. A second green woven label on the interior canvas lining features a flying duck illustration and reads Western Field MONTGOMERY WARD.
