KUHA STUDIO POTTERY DISH AND MODEL SHIP - This lot features a fish-shaped glazed stoneware dish by Kuha and a wooden model of a Spanish-style sailing ship. The ceramic dish is formed with an integral tail handle and incised details, finished in a mottled navy and light blue reactive glaze; the base bears a hand-incised signature reading Kuha (photo 5). The ship model, representing the Santa Maria, is constructed of stained wood with textile sails featuring the Cross of Burgundy and includes rigged dark cordage and metal anchor details.
