Incredible vintage Crown professional home stereo system with original boxes and manuals - Incredible vintage Crown professional home stereo system with original boxes and manuals. Includes OC 150A output control with original box and inserts, EQ2 synergistic equalizer, IC 150A input control, two D 150A amplifiers, matching wooden cases, all original manuals with matching serial numbers to the equipment, original boxes with all of the original styrofoam inserts for 4 of the five units. The bottom insert is here for the EQ2 but the side and top pieces are gone. This system was purchased new and used for many years by our consignor who is a serious audiophile. He kept these components in top condition and even ordered all replacement buttons and knobs for each component which are included with the bid. These were all in prime working condition in 2006, he only chose to sell it because of space and the fact that he has another high end system that he is now using. The wooden case on top does have a water stain on it from someone setting what was likely a glass of water on top a LONG time ago and there are some minor chips here and there but they are still very nice considering they are 45 years old. There are four identical and one larger cases which measure (from top to bottom in the photos) 21 1/4 x 10 1/4 x 7 inches on the four identical and 21 1/4 x 16 1/4 x 8 1/2 inches for the larger case. The components can be shipped in their original boxes but the wooden cases would need to be shipped separately OR we can put the winning bidder in touch with a gentleman that could deliver it in person to basically anywhere east of the Mississippi.
