1931 American Flyer wide gauge 1494 Flying Colonel steam passenger set with chrome trucks - 1932 American Flyer wide gauge 1494 Flying Colonel steam passenger set. Set consists of 4692 steam locomotive and 4693 Vanderbilt tender, 4380 Club, 4381 Pullman and 4382 observation cars with Hancock plates on both sides of each car and chrome trucks on all three cars, C6 as seen in the photos. It is presumed that these trucks were likely intended for a Mayflower but ended up on these cars. The set was acquired by Kemper many years ago at a train show in the US.
