1965 Dodge Coronet drag car with 426 Max Wedge - 1966 Dodge Coronet drag car with 426 Max Wedge, shows 1965 miles on the odometer but that is likely incorrect, sold as being beyond its mechanical limits as per title. A super looking car that has been tubbed and tubed with many new parts on it as per a folder full of receipts all named to the previous owner, David Kaczmarczyk, who raced at US 41 and US 30 drag strips over the years. He purchased the car in 2018 and did a lot of work to it along with the previous owner with receipts in excess of $10,000. The intake manifold is a reproduction aluminum one that was over $3000 by itself. The car runs and sounds great. There are a stack of receipts from US 41 Dragstrip between June and July 2021 that have the car turning between 98 and 101 MPH in the 1/8 mile, mostly right around 7 seconds, some a little under, some a little over but very consistent. There is also a link to a youtube video at the bottom of the listing where the car turns a 10.91 quarter mile at 124 MPH starting at the 5:28 mark in the video. I do see that it has a 4000 RPM stall converter in it as well as new ignition and numerous other parts. It is exceptionally clean and ready to run. It comes with a clear title that is ready to transfer upon payment received.
