Terms and Conditions Regarding Packing of Shippable Lots - We are not offering shipping on most of the lots in this auction catalog due to size. For the ones that are noted with shipping available, we do all shipping in-house, no need for you to contact a third party. If you are picking your order up in person, please let us know immediately after you receive your invoice so that we do not waste time, and resources packing your items. The items that will have shipping offered will be available for pickup at our facility which is located at 1951 W Division Rd, Fowler, IN 47944. Items NOT available for shippingwill be available for pickup at 205 S. Main St., Homer, IL 61849. We will put the winning bidders in touch with the family who will be able to meet the buyers and let them into the building to pick up their items. Do not show up to pick up anything requiring heavy lifting without help. The family members are only there to let you in, not to assist in the moving of any objects. There is an old stove mover available to assist in getting the stoves to the doors. There are three large overhead doors and plenty of clearance in which to back a large truck into for loading.
