Lionel prewar standard gauge black 400E steam locomotive with 400T tender - Lionel prewar standard gauge black 400E steam locomotive with 400T tender. A fantastically clean steam locomotive that is all original but has some issues with the cab roof overhang that appears to have been slightly dented at some point with a few small scratches. The locomotive is exceptionally clean all around and has no fatigue issues anywhere. the tender is also very nice with no issues at all. Thee loc, with the cab roof issue is C7 but looks C8+. The tender is C7+.
