Antique Jolly Negro aluminum bank - Antique Jolly Negro aluminum bank, bank works great, paint is worn as seen, it measures approximately 6” x 5”, all original parts, the eye mechanism has been repaired at some point but currently you cant tell its been repaired as it is inside the bank, it is marked Starkies and has patent numbers on the base grate, also stamped TAG Burnley on the base.
