Factory error Lionel prewar O gauge 1668E steam - Factory error Lionel prewar gunmetal O gauge 1668E steam locomotive with tender. The locomotive only had slots on one side in which to put the identifying tag with the 1668E LIONEL LINES 1668E. I believe that the tender is a 1689W, C5-6 with a ding on one side of the back of the cab.
