Rivarossi HO scale Union Pacific FEF-3 steam locomotive - Rivarossi HO scale Union Pacific FEF-3 steam locomotive in original box. Lot numbers 103-111 are being sold to raise funds for the completion of the 15-year boiler rebuild of the Spokane Portland and Seattle #700, Class E-1 4-8-4 Northern steam locomotive that is housed at the Pacific Railroad Preservation Association in Portland, Oregon. Locomotive shows light run time and is C6-7 with a tiny amount of glue on the top of the boiler just in front of the cab. Locomotive has been tested and ran in forward and reverse but got no sound or lights but the locomotive was tested without the tender attached.
