Lot numbers 103-111 are being sold to raise funds for the completion of the 15-year boiler rebuild of the Spokane Portland and Seattle #700, Class E-1 4-8-4 Northern steam locomotive that is housed at the Pacific Railroad Preservation Association in Portland, Oregon. Locomotive has been tested and ran in forward and reverse but may have an isue with the tender because the locomotive would not run with the tender attached but ran with a lead hooked directly to the drawbar.
