Printed in Jerusalem in 1959. Rabbi Moshe Aryeh Freind (1904-1996) was a respected religious leader in Jerusalem, serving as the Gaavad of the Eidah Hacharedis. He was the grandson of Rabbi Avraham Yehoshua Freind who was an Av Bes Din and Admor in Unterdam and Nassod. Rabbi Moshe Aryeh Freind was known throughout the Jewish community for his exceptional piety and noble conduct. Tragically, during the Holocaust, he lost his wife and eight children. After the war, he briefly served as a Rabbi in Satmar before immigrating to Israel where he was appointed as Gaavad of the Eidah Hacharedis in Jerusalem.
