Beis Yisroel by Rabbi Zvi Hirsh of Ziditchov. First edition-Lvov, 1834. - Sefer Beis Yisroel consists of a collection of speeches on the order of Parshiyos of the Torah, which were said on unknown dates. The Sefer was printed about three years after the author's death, and the speeches in it were collected by Rabbi Yosef HaCohen Rappaport, who also printed the rest of Rabbi Zvi Hirsh's writings. Rabbi Yosef Rappaport was Rabbi Yechiel Mechel's son-in-law, Rabbi Zvi Hirsh's only son, who passed away during his father's lifetime. The Baal Ateres Zvi of Ziditchov, Rabbi Zvi Hirsh Eichenstein, was known as the Sar Beis Hazohar for his greatness and knowledge in all of the Zohar. He was a child prodigy with a comprehensive background in all parts of the Torah. He was one of the big Talmidim of the Chozeh of Lublin.He also traveled and met with other Chasidic giants such as Rabbi Moshe Leib of Sassov, Rabbi Menachem Mendel of Rimnov, Rabbi Avraham Yehoshua Heschel of Apta, and others. After his Rabbi, the Chozeh, passed away, Ziditchov became a center of Chassidus in Galicia. Amongst his many respected talmidim was the Malbim, though he wasn't a Chassid. Luxurious leather binding.
