The second edition of Shaalos and Teshuvos Terumos Hadeshen written by Rabbi Yisroel Isserlin and printed in Venice in 1546 by Antonio Justinian press.
The author wrote answers to 354 questions, the numerical value of deshen.
This Sefer is one of the foundational Seforim of the Halachic sect. It was used by many big leaders and Mekubalim in Ashkenaz. The Rma quoted from here many times in his comments on Shulchan Aruch.
Magnificent and rare condition. Beautiful original parchment cover. Minor restorations on the last pages.
