A letter of Brachos from Rabbi Sholom of Apta, the son of Rabbi Yesocher Dov of Belza - A letter from the holy Rabbi Sholom Rokeach of Apta, the son of Rabbi Yesachar Dov of Belza. It was addressed to his brother-in-law Rabbi Chaim Yakov Perlow, the Rabbi of Stolin-Detroit, and contained many heartfelt brachos for the upcoming year. Rabbi Shalom Rokeach was the last son of Rabbi Yesachar Dov of Belza. His father loved him immensely and referred to him as Olah Temima. It is told about him that he learned with intense fervor and he finished the four parts of Shulchan Aruch multiple times. In 1931 he became Rav in Apta. He passed away during the second world war, while trying to rescue himself from the Nazis, due to a loss of energy and vitality.His whole family also perished.  This letter is 12 handwritten lines with his signature, and on the second side, there are 18 lines of small script in Yiddish. Very rare item in beautiful condition.
