An extremely rare document by the leadership of the AHU communities - Altuna, Hamburg, Vandsback - a great manuscript of regulations, a pillar of  Halacha for all of Klal Yisroel, signed by the holy genius Rabbi Yonasan Eibishitz, the Baal Yaros Devash. Rabbi Yonasan Eibishitz authored many Seforim including the Yaros Devash, the Urim Vtumim, the Kriesi Upliesi and many more.   He was one of the Gedolim whose influence is still lasting through the generations .   Exceptionally rare find!
