Shulchan Aruch Harav, Orach Chaim, part 2 Hilchos Shabbos and Eiruvin, Zhitomer 1847 - Shulchan Aruch Harav by Rabbi Shneur Zalman of Liadi- the Baal Hatanya. Zhitomer Press. One of the biggest, most impactful Seforim in history. In this sefer, the Baal Hatanya worked on is the Shulchan Aruch Harav, which is a halachic work. He collected from the Orach Chaim the Rema and the Nosei Keilim and combined them into one beautiful, clarified work. The language he used in writing this impactful work, is compared to the golden pen of the Rambam. Scholars who review this are astounded at the length and breadth of the Baal Hatanya's knowledge.  In the introduction to the first volume that was printed in Shklov, his children repeat that the Mezritcher Magid commanded him to write this Sefer. It is said that the Magid got Ruach Hakodesh when the Baal Hataya was standing in front of him and that someone needed to compile this Sefer of Halacha. He was chosen from all, and the Magid expressed about him that there was no one more suitable to write it, as he was qualified in Chochma and understanding. A big part of the Sefer was burnt during a big fire in the Baal Hatanya's house in 1810, destroying many possessions and manuscripts in addition to that.  The Sefer was first printed after his death in Shklov and Kapust, in six volumes. Very good condition. The original cover detached. Signatures and lists. Nice margins.
