Segula: the Siddur Lev Sameach of Rabbi Chanoch Henich of Alesk First edition in the authors' life making it extremely rare and special - According to Chassidic tradition, the 'Lev Sameach' siddur is considered one of the most important siddurim. It is known as a segula siddur, and it is said that the author himself used to place kvitlach in this siddur when he saw people with them. The author of this siddur prefaces his commentary with many thoughts about Chassidus, in which he brings special practices, Chassidic teachings, and precious wisdom related to Avodas Hashem, mainly from his father-in-law, Sar Shalom of Belza, and other great Chassidic leaders of his time. He was one of the greatest righteous men of his generation, and thousands would come to be in his presence and learn from him. As a child, he had a special connection with the Choza of Lublin, and he later studied Torah and Avodas Hashem with his father-in-law. When asked if his father-in-law had studied Torah for a thousand nights, he replied that he had studied with him for that amount of time.
