Signature of the Venerated Rabbi Menashe Eichenstien of Veretzky - Baal Alfei Menashe - The  ”Sefer Lemudei Hashem” was written by Rabbi Yehuda Nagar and printed in the year 1881 at the Lemberg printing house. The cover page bears a stamp that reads, ”This book belongs to Menashe Eichenstein.” Rabbi Menashe Eichenstein (1865-1935) was a great genius who authored several seforim such as ”Alfei Menashe” on Choshen Mishpat, ”Toras Hashem” on matters of Tumah Vtahara, ”Mateh Menashe” on matters of Shabbos and holidays, and ”Alfei Menashe” on the Torah. He was the son and successor of the Rebbe Rabbi Yissachar Berish of Veretsky-Ziditshov and the son-in-law of the Rebbe Rabbi Yehoshua Horowitz of Dzikov-Ropshitz. After the First World War, he settled in Munkacs and served as the Rabbi of Reisha in place of Rabbi Yehoshua Heshil Wallerstein. Later, he served as Rabbi in Veretzky, taking over from his father, the Rebbe. Good condition and on dry paper.Original cover without spine.
