F-4 פנטום (McDonnell Douglas F-4 Phantom II) הוא מטוס קרב סילוני דו־מושבי, על־קולי, מהדור השלישי, בעל יכולת פעולה בטווח ארוך ובכל מזג אוויר, שפותח עבור הצי האמריקני על ידי מקדונל איירקראפט קורפוריישן.
הפנטום טס בשירות ארצות הברית מ-1960 עד 1996.
המטוס שירת בחיילות אוויר של 11 מדינות נוספות. בחיל האוויר הישראלי שירת הפנטום מ-1969 עד 2004 וכונה בו "קורנס" שפירושו פטיש כבד או מקבת.
