Indian Figurine Head with Cap - 4th-6th AD A gesso figurine head wearing a pointed Phrygian cap with peak pulled forward, clean shaven male face with swept eyebrows, almond-shaped eyes, bulbous nose and small mouth; mounted on a custom-made stand. 493 grams, 16cm including stand (6 1/4”). Fine condition. Provenance Property of a London gentleman; from his father's collection formed in the late 1980s-early 1990s.
