Roman Silver Ring with 'Mane in Fede' Gemstone - 2nd-3rd century AD A silver finger ring comprising a narrow D-section hoop, broad keeled shoulders with incised hatching, plaque with inset carnelian cloison, intaglio pair of clasped hands ( mane in fede ) motif. 8.6 grams, 29mm overall, 18.90x16.09mm internal diameter (approximate size British L 1/2, USA 6, Europe 11.87, Japan 11) (1 1/4”).
