Parthian Gold Diadem with Intaglio Gemstone - 1st century BC-1st century AD A sheet-gold penannular diadem with repoussé fluting and pellets to the rim, central rectangular panel with trefoils and pellets, cell with inset carnelian intaglio, two monkeys in profile with crosses and other geometric designs in the field. 40 grams, 11.5cm (4 1/2”).
