Egyptian Eye of Horus in Gold Ring - Third Intermediate Period, 1069-702 BC A large pale blue composition wedjat amulet with applied black trail to the brow and eye; set in later gold frame, round-section hoop below, two S-scrolls to either side of the hoop. 9.08 grams, 31.23mm overall, 19.41mm internal diameter (approximate size British T, USA 9 1/2, Europe 21.26, Japan 20) (1 1/4”). Very fine condition. A large wearable size. Provenance Property of a London gentleman; previously acquired on the UK art market in the 1990s.
