Letter of blessings and charity matters handwritten by the great Gaon Rabbi Shlomo Zalman Auerbach. The year is not noted.
Letter of blessing on official stationery to his relative Rabbi Menachem Porush of Jerusalem, one of the leaders of Agudas Yisroel, Blessing of a kosher and happy holiday and additional greetings. The letter is handwritten and signed by him.
After his signature, the Gaon Rabbi Shlomo Zalman Auerach thanks Rabbi Porush for the charity funds he sent him to be distributed at his discretion.
The great Gaon Rabbi Shlomo Zalman Auerbach (1910-1995), leading Posek Hora'ah. The Rosh Yeshiva of the "Kol Torah" Yeshiva for more than 40 years. Was famed for his modesty, gentleness and kindness, and as one of the greatest Poskei Hador of his generation and as a religious authority on halachic, medicinal, scientific and technological matters.
