A Collection of Amethyst and Agate Geode Specimens with Carved Wood Stands - An assortment of natural history specimens featuring polished amethyst and agate geode sections and nodules. The group includes larger sections with a mountain-like profile, displaying central cavities lined with purple amethyst crystals and concentric agate banding in gray and blue tones. One specimen is displayed on a dark-finished, three-pronged interlocking wooden tripod stand. The collection also contains a circular geode section with a dark crystalline center and a thick ochre outer rind, also mounted on a matching wooden stand. Several smaller loose specimens are included, consisting of a flat agate slice with a crystalline center, a rounded nodule with fine banding, and a small geode half with light blue interiors. The polished faces exhibit a high-gloss finish, while the natural exteriors remain rough and pitted. No marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the specimens or the stands.
