Victoria Ware Ironstone Blue and White Square Cut Corner Bowl - A square ironstone bowl featuring four flared, pointed corners and an undulating, scalloped rim. The piece is decorated throughout the interior and exterior using a cobalt blue transfer-printing technique. The pattern depicts various pastoral and architectural vignettes, including grand estates, figures on horseback, and mature trees. A thin cobalt line follows the edge of the rim. The base of the bowl is marked with a blue transfer-printed crest featuring a lion and a unicorn supporting a central shield topped with a crown. A ribbon below the crest contains the text VICTORIA WARE, with the word IRONSTONE printed directly underneath. A small, stray blue ink spot is visible on the underside near the maker mark.
