Traditional Mahogany Finish Four-Poster Queen Bed with Pediment Headboard - A traditional four-poster queen-sized bed frame constructed from dark-stained hardwood with a mahogany finish. The headboard features a high, scrolling broken-pediment design with an arched top and a central carved flame-style finial. The frame is supported by four tall, slender turned and tapered posts, each topped with a matching urn-and-flame finial. The footboard consists of a low-profile rail. The interior of the frame is fitted with a set of modern light-colored wood slats and includes a central longitudinal support rail. The design incorporates elements of Federal and Chippendale revival styles. No maker marks or labels are present on the visible portions of the frame.
