K. William Kantz, Kissing Bottle Fish Shadow Box Sculpture - A large shadow box sculpture by artist K. William Kantz titled Kissing Bottle Fish. The work features two three-dimensional fish figures facing each other with mouths touching. Each fish is decorated with a detailed pattern of overlapping scales and a mottled green and bronze-toned patina. The figures are mounted to a light cream-colored mat and housed in a deep wooden shadow box frame with a distressed black finish and a protective glass front. The artwork is signed in pencil by the artist on the mat board below the central point of the sculptures. The reverse side is fitted with D-ring hanging hardware. 20 x 46 x 4 inches.
