Veronica Martza Zuni Sterling Turquoise Choker - Item/Description: Exquisite signed cluster pendant necklace by celebrated Zuni silversmith and artisan, Veronica Martza (nickname, Vera). Hand-made in Sterling Silver with a satin look finish, this unique necklace is comprised of three segments. A Modernist design bale accented with a glossy polished oval Sleeping Beauty turquoise stone. Attached to this is the centerpiece drop: an oval pendant hand-set with a cluster of twelve Sleeping Beauty turquoise stones interspersed by ball silver ball accents. The oxidized background contrasts beautifully with the blue hue of the stones. Three dangling link chains accented with turquoise stones complete the pendant drop. All stones are set into sawtooth mountings. Dynamic choker necklace. A blend of modernist and traditional designs. Pendant suspended by a sparkly oval link chain with lobster clasp closure. Hallmarked on back: etched artist's signature V. Martza Zuni; 925 on clasp.
