Signed FAR FAN Mexico Sterling Amethyst Bracelet - Item/Description: Exquisite Mid-Century Mexican studio artisan ten panel statement bracelet by the renowned Mexican metalworking studio, FAR FAN (also known as Taller Far Fan). Hand-wrought in Sterling Silver. Modernist, teardrop shaped mountings each bezel set with a glossy, polished purple amethyst cabochon gemstone. Beautiful natural hues and mottling. Raised settings against arched backs. Articulated by a double row of hidden soldered links. Push in box clasp closure. Hallmarked: Sterling, Hecho En Mexico 925, Makers' initials in a circle: FAR, FAN Material: Sterling Silver, Amethyst Dimensions: Length: 7 1/2”; Width: 1 1/2”; approximately 55 grams Condition: Very Good. Silver free of repair. All stones intact and secure in settings, free of chips, or cracks. Box clasp in good working order. Depresses and opens smoothly and easily and clicks shut crisply. Signs of age, use, and wear including scratches shallow dings, scuffs. Edge of clasp is somewhat misshapen, dented, but this does not affect closing.
