Playland Whip Tin Litho Wind-Up Toy - This whimsical wind-up toy, made in the U.S.A. by J. Chein, is in sturdy condition with all four original cars intact. The winding mechanism works, but the belt will need to be repaired in order for the cars to move properly around the track.
