Dreamy rendering in soft pastels of yachts and sailboats at daybreak. Both framed in gilt wood frames, which appear original to the pieces. Dimensions: Canvas: 9 1/2” x 15 3/4” W; Frames: 15” x 21”. Condition: Canvas signed at bottom right has surface wear, crackling throughout but is in very good condition otherwise. Its frame is also in very good condition with surface wear as shown. Canvas signed at bottom left is in very good to excellent condition with what appears to be a vetical stain or discoloration to the paint at left side of painting, as shown. Its frame is in fair condition but is coming apart at corners and needs to be secured.
