Antique Hide Covered Carved Wood Hobby Horse - Item/Description: Cow or horsehide covered hobby horse features inset glass eyes, leather saddle and tack. Metal details and hardware. The horse rests on original painted wood stand. The un- labeled horse is believed to be produced before 1889 and a rare survivor of the F. A. O. Schwarz Toy Bazaar, from an early period in the firm's history. Material: Wood, metal, animal hide Dimensions: Length: 36 1/2”; Width: 12”; Height: 32”.
