Taxco Mexico Sterling Turquoise Pendant Brooch - Item/Description: Taxco Sterling Silver pendant brooch in circle shield design. Inlaid with dark green turquoise; geometric silver overlay. Scalloped edges and teardrop dangle adornments. Roll-over pin clasp and soldered loop for hanging. Hallmarked (partially faded): Mexico Eagle 925. Material: Sterling Silver, Turquoise. Dimensions: Height: 2 1/4”; Width: 1 1/2”; approximately 11 grams. Condition: Good. Turquoise free of chips, damage. Opening in silver wire at circle. Surface and use wear to back includes scratches and tarnish. Closure in good working order. Age: 1960s-1970s. Provenance: Private Estate.
