1964 NCAA Championship Photos, Plaque, & Sweater - Item/Description: Original Plaque, Photos, and an Official Letterman's Sweater (Michigan, College Hockey, NCAA, Championship) Material: paper Dimensions: The Lettermans Sweater is size 46, sleeve length is approximately 24.5” and the height is approx 27”. Team Photo Color 9”x 12”, Three 8” x 10” Photographs; Team photo in B & W, Photo of Goalie in color & Photo of Goalie + Captain in color. Plaque 9” x 13”. Condition: The Sweater is in like new condition featuring the University of Michigan Maize and Blue, Men's size 46. The plaque memorializing the University of MIchigan's Hockey Championship looks very nice. with no scratches, dents or cracks. There is minor oxidation of the brass on the right side of the lower brass attachment. Large color photo is complete. {Photo reflects some damage due to bending and handling over the years. The back of the photo has an adhesive mark from where a paper was once attached. The edges are worn as well. The B & W team photo is missing some paper which interrupts the image in a semi conspicuous spot - see photos. There are signs of age including bending and creasing, the back of the photo is stamped with the University of Michigan News Service Stamp. There is a tear through to photo - between the skates of the center player on the bottom row - but not missing paper - difficult to see. The Color photo of the Goalie is in nice condition and The Color photo of the captain with the goalie are complete. with nice colors Some minor tearing, signs of age including curling of the paper and folding, and creasing. The back is clean with some discoloration on the edges and a faded stamp from Colormax Laboratories, Silver Spring MD. Age: 1943 Provenance: Private Estate.
