Chinese Carved Jade Prayer Wheel Medallion - Pair - Item/Description: Two beautifully carved Chinese jade plaques. Ornamental jade plaques. The larger is white celadon, round in shape with scalloped edges. Elaborately engraved, pierce work. Depicts smiling two men, side by side, wearing traditional garb. Unmarked. Dimensions: Length: 2 1/2”; Width: 2 1/2” Material: Celadon Jade Condition: Very Good. Free of cracks, chips. Surface use and age wear includes scratches, scuffs. Age: 20th Century The second medallion is a beautiful translucent light green jade, and features a multi-footed dragon or sea creature, carved in high relief. Open pierce work. Carved on both sides. Unmarked. Dimensions: Length: 2 1/4”; Width: 2 1/4” Material: Jade Condition: Good. Surface use and age wear includes scratches, abraded area, shallow chip, surface debris.
