Hand woven. (Serape, Textile, Throw Rug, Tribal, Navajo) Material: Wool Dimensions: Length: 32”; Width: 31” Condition: Signs of age and wear include discoloration, holes, some separation. Hand Woven Zapotec Rug: Zapotec rug in pre-Columbian, geometric 'black birds' design, hand spun in Colorado Springs. (Oaxaca, Indian, Tribal) The Zapotec are an indigenous people of Mexico. The population is concentrated in the southern state of Oaxaca, but Zapotec communities also exist in neighboring states.
