Raised on an alabaster base. Nicolaus Koni (Hungarian / American, 1911-2000). Purchased at Christie's Auction House, 12/1987, by previous owner. Label remains partially attached to base. ”Green” handwritten on base bottom. (Grecian Helmet, Greek Spartan Warrior, Trojan Hero Warrior Hector of Troy) Material: Bronze, alabaster Dimensions: Length: 15 1/2”; Width: 10 1/2”; Height: 15 3/4” (Detached Tail: Length: 5”) Condition: Signs of age and wear include surface scratches, patina.
