Item/Description: English or Dutch portrait of a seated woman in black period clothing and pearls, a lute resting by her right hand. Unknown artist. No noticeable signature. Subject purported to be Lady Isabel Wenman. Purchased at Christies in the 1980s by previous owners. Carved giltwood frame. (Three Quarter Length Portrait)

Condition: Scratches, denting, discoloration, wear. Age, wear, old repairs to frame.
