Hermes Set of 2 Small Ashtrays, Jungle Prints - Item/Description: Porcelain ashtrays by Hermes Paris, in animal prints, with their original box. One features a lone tiger on the prowl and the other is a pair of okapis. Each small tray features a painted bamboo border and gold foil trim. Each is marked in gilt letting to sides: Made in France / Hermes - Paris. The okapi, also known as the forest giraffe, Congolese giraffe and zebra giraffe, native to the Congo in central Africa. Material: Porcelain Dimensions (each): Length: 3”; Width: 2”; Height: 5/8” Condition: Signs of use and wear. Minor wear to gilding. Wear to bases. Box shows age, wear, cover has imperfection.
