Finely hand-painted in soft pastels depicts a classical scene of a lady holding flora. Exquisite detail. Cobalt blue body, gilt gold edge and accents. Hallmarked on base: faded blue beehive logo for Royal Vienna. Hallmarked inside lid and dish: 40. Material: Porcelain, paint Dimensions: Length: 4 1/2”; Width (base): 3 1/4”; Height: 2 1/4” Condition: Very Good. Painted image beautifully intact. Jar free of chips or cracks. Surface use and age wear include small areas of gilt loss around edge of lid, two inch area to rim of dish of possible old repair/paint loss.
