Vintage Round Leather Upholstered Footstool with Carved Wooden Base - A circular low footstool or ottoman featuring a domed upholstered seat set into a heavy, dark-toned wooden frame. The seat is covered in red-pigmented leather, featuring a top panel secured with a piped welt seam. The perimeter of the top surface is decorated with a repeating border of embossed fleur-de-lis motifs. The wooden rail is embellished with hand-carved swags of floral and foliate motifs, joined at corner blocks that feature additional carved flowers. The structure is supported by four turned bun-style feet.
