Large Heavy Empire Style Gilt and Black Patinated Metal Seven Light Table Lamp - A seven-light table lamp designed in the Empire style. The piece is constructed from cast metal with a black-patinated and gilded finish. The central shaft features a smooth black column set into a tripod base with lion-paw feet and acanthus leaf molding. The upper section consists of a five-arm candelabra arrangement with scrolling foliate arms and fluted cups, topped with plastic faux-candle sleeves. Above the candelabra is a two-socket light fixture with independent pull chains. The lamp is fitted with a large, cream-colored fabric shade featuring vertical piping and a scalloped lower edge, secured by a brass pineapple-motif finial. The lamp is electrified with a gold-tone plastic-coated cord.
